To Our Loyal Patron Family,


On behalf of the 43rd Street Deli & Breakfast House, we have some bittersweet yet exciting news to share with you.


The South Gainesville location on Williston Road has been a cherished part of our community, serving up memories, meals, and meaningful moments for so many families over the years. As of August 10th, this location will officially close its doors.


While it’s the end of an era, it’s also the beginning of a new chapter. A beautiful opportunity has come our way, and we are embracing the change with gratitude and hope. The next family to step into this space holds a special place in our hearts—especially Paul’s—and we look forward to supporting them as they begin their own journey.


Our West location (4410 NW 25th Place) will remain open and will now serve as the sole 43rd Street Deli, and don’t worry—we will be adding the beloved Catfish Breakfast to our main menu, so your favorites stay close.

  • Does 43rd Street Deli & Breakfast House take reservations?

    We do not accept reservations. However, for larger groups, we encourage you to call ahead, and we will do our best to accommodate you, though we cannot guarantee availability.

  • Do you offer online ordering?

    Yes, we offer online ordering through DoorDash. Additionally, you can place take-out orders by calling us directly.

  • What is the parking situation like?

    We request that customers park in our designated lot or along the street by the cul-de-sac. Parking instructions are posted on our door for your convenience. Please refrain from parking on the street in front of Le Pavillon.

  • Do you offer specials?

    We offer daily specials. Monday through Friday, we have both breakfast and lunch specials. On weekends, we offer breakfast specials only. Please note that our specials are available until 1:30 pm each day.

  • Do you offer catering?

    Yes, we provide catering services. We kindly ask that you call in advance to discuss your specific needs, menu options, and to speak with one of our representatives.

  • Do you offer vegan options?

    Yes, we offer vegan options. We also provide gluten-free bread for our customers with dietary restrictions.
